The Hall is for hire one a one off or regular basis. There is plenty of parking. Drakes Broughton Village Hall is accessible from Worcester, Evesham, Pershore and many surrounding villages. Drakes Broughton Village Hall is an ideal location to host your event. We have a good sized car park and we are adjacent to sports fields and children’s play area.

All are welcome at Drakes Broughton Village Hall. Whether you would like to book a party, a get-together or other social event, a club meeting, exercise classes or have your annual meeting we would be pleased to welcome you and share our space with us. Room dimensions are on the Facilities page.
Access to WC’s - we have an agreement with the local youth football club for them to have access to the WCs at the hall on Saturday mornings when matches are being played. Our experience is that this does not cause an issue and should not interfere the use of the Hall. We ask the Club to keep the Village Hall parking spaces free for Hall users when the Hall is booked on a Saturday morning.
If playing music, we ask that any music finishes by 11.30pm and that if the doors are open and out of respect to our neighbours, that music is not played too loudly.
The Hall must be vacated by Midnight.

Non-resident or Business use £15/hr
Resident for personal use £12.50/hr
Lewis Room
£7.50/hr for all users.

KITCHEN - only available with Main hall
£5.00/hr
Rates shown are per hour. When making a booking for the Hall, please allow time for setting up and clearing away within the time you book. Bookings may only be made for complete hours. If the kitchen is required with the main hall, there will be a charge of £5 per hour and hirers will need to provide their own consumables and ensure the kitchen is left clean and tidy with any crockery and other utensils clean and put away and remove any rubbish from the site. The Coffee Machine is not available to hirers although there is a hot water boiler for making hot drinks.
A damage deposit of £25 may be required for one off bookings. This will be refunded if no damage. We also have clubs, societies, and sports enthusiasts book us for the evening. Please enquire.
Bouncy Castle or SIMILAR Inflatable
You will need to obtain permission for Drakes Broughton Village Hall if you wish to use a Bouncy Castle or other inflatable or soft play equipment either inside or immediately outside the Hall on the grass adjacent to the veranda. There is a charge off £10.00 for using the outdoor area.
Please note we have had to introduce a charge of £5.00 where a bouncy castle or similar inflatable is used within the Hall to help offset increased energy costs.
Please note, our insurance will not cover you or your guests in the event of an accident, injury or loss resulting from using a Bouncy Castle or other inflatable or soft play equipment at the Hall. The Trustees recommend you obtain you own Public Liability Insurance and that the supplier of the bouncy castle has their own insurance in place. Neither the Trustees, the Hall or it representatives may be held responsible or liable for any accident, injury or loss incurred resulting from the use of a bouncy castle.
Public Liability insurance may be included as part of household insurance or it can be added for a modest cost.
